Pay on delivery:
The cash on delivery method is valid for all of Greece and has a surcharge of € 3.
The deposit in a bank account can be made in a bank branch that serves the customer or otherwise, it can be made through web banking.
In any case, the customer must enter the order id of his transaction as the reason for deposit
(the order id is sent to the customer via confirmation e-mail immediately after the completion of the purchase).
After the completion of the deposit the customer can send the receipt from the bank electronically, to the address firstname.lastname@example.org

If your payment has not been made within 10 working days from the date of registration of your order, the order will be canceled.
Payment by card:
Our online store is able to charge your debit or credit card through secure
Paypal or VIVA Payments platforms, depending on the amount and the products you have chosen in your branch.
The shipping method is one and is valid for all of Greece with a charge of 6 €.
DELIVERIES AND RETURNS
The delivery time of the orders is 2-5 working days.
For emergencies, deliveries can also be made on Saturday.
Our company is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of the ordered products, which are not due to its fault or constitute events of force majeure, such as problems in the road network, severe weather phenomena, strikes, etc.
The return of the product is done only in the way indicated by our company.
The customer can request a withdrawal within 1 day from the date of receipt of the order and must have informed the eshop about the exercise of his right. If the product is healthy and the right of withdrawal has been declared, the customer can either make a new purchase of equal value or request a refund. The refund is made within 7 calendar days from the day the refund was made to the eshop. In both cases there is no refund of shipping costs that may have been paid during the original order.
Wrong order execution: In case the wrong product is sent, the product is returned and the customer can request either a refund or a re-shipment of the product. The product must be in perfect condition, in its packaging and without the special markings being removed. In case a product is not shipped by mistake, its value will be refunded within 7 calendar days.
